The Conference Fee for Presenters and PhD Students include:
• Reception on June 3, 2025
• Cocktail Dinner on June 4, 2025
• Social Dinner on June 5, 2025
• Lunch and coffee-breaks on June 4-5-6, 2025
The Pack of Social Events for partners includes The Reception on 3th and the two dinner on June 4th and 5th.
Conference Registration will start on Friday 31 January 2025.
Please notice that at least one co-author of an accepted abstract must register before Wednesday 30 April 2025.
